⚠️ Important: U.S. Customs Tariffs
For postal parcels shipped from Canada to the United States, customs tariffs are applied by U.S. authorities. These fees vary by order and are charged separately from shipping costs. They are payable at checkout, along with your order total, and you will see the full breakdown before completing your purchase. We have done our best to keep our prices competitive despite these changes. Thank you for your understanding.

⚠️ Important: Customs Duties & VAT (UK and Europe)
As our products are assembled in Canada, most orders qualify for duty-free entry under trade agreements such as CETA (EU) and the CUKTCA (UK). However, local import VAT still applies and is payable by the buyer upon receipt of the order, typically around 20% of the order value in France, the UK, and most European countries (rates vary by country). Some destinations may also apply a small fixed customs handling fee per order. These charges are separate from shipping costs, are based on the value of the order, and remain the responsibility of the customer.

An email notification, including a tracking number, will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse.
