Shipping policy

We offer free shipping to Canada on all collars and leashes. Please note that shipping rates for the USA and Europe may vary, as indicated below;

Canada: Free standard delivery for all our products.  Please allow 4 - 7 business days for the delivery of your order.

United States: All orders placed on our website are shipped for a flat rate of just $5.99. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days. 

⚠️ Important: New U.S. Customs Tariffs

For postal parcels shipped from Canada to the United States, new customs tariffs are now applied by U.S. authorities. These additional fees are collected directly by USPS upon delivery and must be paid by the recipient. We have done our best to keep our prices competitive despite these changes. Thank you for your understanding.

Europe: Free standard delivery on orders of €25.95 EUR or more. Only €5.95 EUR shipping for orders less than €25.95 EUR. Please allow 14 - 20 business days for the delivery of your order. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.
