We offer free shipping to Canada on all collars and leashes. Please note that shipping rates for the USA and Europe may vary, as indicated below.

Canada: Free tracked delivery on all our products. Please allow 4–7 business days for delivery.

United States: Free tracked delivery on all our products. Delivery typically takes 8–10 business days.

⚠️ Important: New U.S. Customs Tariffs
For postal parcels shipped from Canada to the United States, new customs tariffs are now applied by U.S. authorities. These fees vary by order and are payable at checkout, along with your order total. You'll see the full breakdown, including any applicable customs fees, before completing your purchase. We have done our best to keep our prices competitive despite these changes. Thank you for your understanding.

Europe (including France and the United Kingdom): Shipping fees vary depending on your order and destination. Please allow 14–20 business days for delivery.

⚠️ Important: Customs Duties & VAT
As our products are assembled in Canada, most orders qualify for duty-free entry under trade agreements such as CETA (EU) and the CUKTCA (UK). However, local import VAT still applies and is payable by the buyer upon receipt of the order, typically around 20% of the order value in France, the UK, and most European countries (rates vary by country). Some destinations may also apply a small fixed customs handling fee per order. These charges are separate from shipping costs, are based on the value of the order, and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking: An email notification, including a tracking number, will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse.
